AmenMode has such a comforting vibe to it. I love opening my phone and seeing verses instead of distractions all day. The app blocker keeps me off social media when I need focus and honestly it’s helped my mindset so much.

It actually made me stop scrolling
I didn’t expect much when I downloaded this, but it really surprised me. During my Sacred Time, when I try to open Instagram or something, it makes me pause and read a verse first. At first it felt a little annoying, but in a good way.
After a few days, I noticed I wasn’t just opening apps without thinking anymore. That small moment really helps me slow down.
I also love seeing the verse on my lock screen. Sometimes I’ll tap into the app just to read it again. And funny enough, I kind of started waiting to type Amen, which ended up helping me read more verses and actually enjoy it.
It’s simple, not overwhelming, and it genuinely helps me be more intentional with my time and my faith.
