No puedo hacer transferencias
Cada vez que apreto la opción de transferencia la app se cierra, esto ya tiene ya meses así… será que lo arreglan??? Uno necesita hacer transferencias rápido y no siempre tengo tiempo de meterme a la computadora y hacerlo desde la página web, por algo existe la app, si no para qué sirve?

Do not recommend the online phone app. Very bad for log in, eithan with Face ID or password.

No happy with the app
The app never works properly

Cannot recognized my face; this happening since the last online banking and yet it’s not working; when try to open for the first time the app it closes and have to make it all over again
The Face ID functionality is not working
When I try to use the Face ID feature, the app shuts down.

Mobil banking difficulties
After recent update, I’m not able to use face recognition and I have an old bellsouth.net email address that it does not recognize as a valid email. Everything was working well until the recent update.
