Disappointing
This delivery app is the most frustrating app I have ever had to deal with. The delivery drivers leave the orders at the wrong house, sometimes you will put in a full order and never get any food or a refund, I’ve lost over $100 on this app because there is no way to get a refund or hold anyone accountable if your food is wrong. Last time I called they denied me that they had charged my card even though it was right in front of my face and they stole $60 from me.. I hope they feel good stealing from a widow with two children.

Never using again
Been using Ameribites for a couple years. While it is a bit expensive in my area I have no had an issue until I placed and order that I needed to cancel IMMEDIATELY. There was no option to cancel on the app or contact the driver. Called Ameribites support and got a “no one is available” message. Called the restating to see if they could cancel the order, they were not able to on their end. Called support again and they said they would contact the restaurant. Got a message back and restaurant refused to refund me. Will dispute the charges with my bank but I understand it probably won’t happen. Lady on the phone on support was rude. I will just not be using this app again. Door dash has been 10x better

Great company cheapest around quick and accurate service. If ever an issue just call them and it gets fixed right away!

I had great a great experience , and accurate food delivery. They delivered before the expected delivery time :) The driver even called to make sure the order was ordered correctly.
