Device and customer service unreliable
Device frequently disconnects from the network, even while on the dashboard with full data service. Help page doesn’t answer any important or common questions. Customer service says open at 8am m-f, I’ve been calling all morning- message says closed. Emails are never responded to. $100 for the device and $300 a year for the service= $100 for a piece of useless plastic and $300 for no support, no helpful website info, 1990’s style app/website….good luck if you’ve already purchased

Poor service, trackers don’t work
The app is very basic, the trackers frequently get stuck, and customer service is useless. The first tracker worked intermittently with delays and errors until it completely stopped working after a few months. The second tracker was only operational for one day, and I just renewed the service yesterday. It was a total waste of time and money.

Better than the Competition!
I bought the SpyTech product first but never could get it to work. After three weeks of back and forth with their IT guys, I finally returned it and bought this AmericaLoc GPS product instead. I charged it up and BOOM — it worked perfectly right out of the box. But, I still prefer the SpyTech magnetic box for attaching the GPS to a vehicle. Great way to tell if your kids are speeding with the speed alert activated.

I have the GL300W. It works great once you get used to it. Battery life is better than its rated as by Americaloc!
