Interface Request
Great app and easy to navigate. Is it possible to create a spending analysis that breaks down spending? Huntington bank has this and is useful for budgeting.

The only item missing in the app, and maybe it’s a training issue on my part, is the fact that you can’t increase the withdrawal limits for ATM remotely. It would be nice if you could increase from the standard $600 to $1000 or $1500 or more for when you are traveling.
Great bank
I’m from the Jackson area and always have loved American 1. The app is better on iOS than android because it’s more stable. They finally added credit score viewing which is great. Thank you.
i cant log in on my new phone
i cant log in on my new phone. i have updated my username, password, and contact information so j know everything im typing in is correct and it still says that what i type in doesnt match their records. fed up and switching banks.

Rating American 1 Program for Use
The program is much improved over the old program, but still has room for improvement. The time frame for activities to take affect is too slow when the banking hours is In closed status. Please work on this. Activities should still be able to be affective digitally. Accounts that aren’t active should reject activity from anyone and avoid overdraw fees to the customer. This is a terrible inconvenience. Thank you.

American 1 app is very helpful and efficient.
App issue
I am unable to transfer money from account to account. When I click on ‘select and account’ it will not drop down my accounts so that I can select them. I’ve always been able to before. This is a new issue that I’m having.

I have been with American 1 Credit Union for over 25 years! Their Banking is simple and Easy! I recently had to upgrade my Tracfone flip phone and now I use the Mobile App when I am on the “go”. I ❤️❤️❤️ American 1 Credit Union!!!
