App is easy to use and very helpful. I can tell during holidays and snowstorms if normal trash and recycling is scheduled.

I let app push notifications. I know the day before in the evening if trash will be picked up. Also it is good to get notified if the pick up is cancelled for the day. Thanks.

Out of town a lot so this app helps me to know when recycling day so I know what to put out.
Mediocre app for a terrible company
Only thing this app is good for is letting me know my pickup day randomly changed again. But not with a notification or anything. Only if my trash doesn’t get picked up and I open the app and see that the day changed.
I also feel like this app needs to have a billing portal because it’s impossible for me to log in online, let alone get someone on the phone. Honestly there’s a reason this company has an F from the BBB. If I had literally any other option for trash pickup I would have canceled my service by now. Except I don’t even know if I could cancel, seeing how it’s so difficult to manage my account.

I can’t say that we have been impressed after a year, It’s been about a 50/50 hit or miss of trash, yard waste and recycling pickups. I have never had one complete sweep of all three. I now have an American sticker placed on my trash bin, after I kept calling or emailing about no pickup. Hope things change for the better.

The app functions as designed, and is the only effective way to get service updates and schedules for my disposal services.

This App is Garbage
The app finds the address, allows selecting the address, and immediately breaks stating it’s unable to find the address.
When reporting this problem in the app, I selected the “issue with address” and after entering the text, it hides the Send Feedback button under the keyboard and will not scroll up.
This app suffers from poor software development and lack of quality checks before deployment. DO NOT USE! Total garbage!

No Bill Pay
I wish I could use this app to access my customer account and make bill payment and see statements with due dates unfortunately this is not that

App freezes when asking to “rate the app”
The message pops up every time I get a message from the company app…so I decided to rate it to get the annoying pop up off…just have the app frozen 😀. Closed the app more than 3 time until finally “allows” me to rate it …because of that, you get 3 stars…do not ask to rate when starting the app you should wait after being used to ask… am just saying.

Worthless app
Reporting missed service or other problems should be one click. Instead I have to manually enter my contact information and type in an explanation. Every. Single . Time. This is idiotic. It’s an app. It’s linked to my account. I should press one button to report missed service. Figure it out.

Good Work
I think you’ll are doing a great job..some trash falls to the side you don’t leave it laying in the street you pick up and put in truck. U put trash can back in the proper place..men are quite, trucks a little noisy but that’s how we know the jobs is getting done. Thanks for your service.
