New app
I have the same problem. My phone is not new enough for the new app. I used my online account app daily so I’m very upset that the bank has made changes that will not work for me. Sometimes you just need to leave good enough alone. Thanks for nothing.
Have an old phone
All I need to do is check my account for deposits and debits. The old version is fine but now I can’t use it at all and sure not going to buy a new phone so I can. Thanks for nothing
Don’t have latest iPhone.
I am not one that can go out and buy the latest iPhone. My phone isn’t updated to a 17.0…….so with that said I am not able to update the newest app maintenance. I am now not able to use the app at all as of today. Now I will have to sign in online to check my account instead of using the app. and will delete the app since I am not able to use it. I didn’t have any problem with the app so I hope you will fix it so that I can use it in the future.

It is unfair for American Heritage Bank to cheat Seniors
Any senior that opened a free senior checking account with American Heritage Bank many years ago is now unfairly having money removed from their account by this bank monthly .
This is so unfair to seniors who have been great customers to
this bank most of their working life and originally came to this bank because they thought this was a safe place to deposit their hard earned money only to find out funds were being removed by this Bank each month if you continued to receive your statement.
Now remember seniors trusted that this was a FREE SENIOR account !
So first it was a MONTHLY $3.00 removed unfairly from
seniors accounts than on top of that they removed $8.00 an called it a service charge !
I feel if any one of us did this to another person it would be called stealing !
I can’t even begin to tell you the stress & problems all this has caused as I brought this to the Bank persons attention an was told to go on line an set up an online account to go paper less as they call it.
We’ll all I can tell you now is the online is set up to cancel what you tried to set up if you don’t use it monthly, so guess what that way the Bank can once again remove your money unfairly from your account.

Worst bank app ever
This app fails to load 90% percent of the time. It was down last night and every night for the past week. And guess what it’s down again now at 9:19 pm again

This has to be one of the best banks I’ve ever done business with. Always friendly and helpful and eager to assist me in managing mine and my mother’s accounts in one easy app.

The app is super buggy. Always get spinning wheel, then states error updating!

Garbage
Trash bank have had my money stolen from my account 2ce and then they closed my account without even telling me I haven’t had this many problems with a bank ever DO NOT GET AN ACCOUNT HERE!!

Dash Board
I give this three stars because I don’t like the fact my dashboard changed to the total dollar amount of of my accounts put together. I myself have not changed the settings. It’s miss leading if you’re not paying attention to your account. Chigxggfgjvcc

Couldn’t find my icon so I went to my app and opened up the app and I was trying to fill with it to get the icon to come back on my front page the man’s count come up on my phone with $1000 on it I don’t know what’s wrong with your stuff but somethings not right some guy name Michael I said hello Michael and then gave me an account with 1000 and some odd dollars in it I took a picture of it

Crap
This app is a piece of crap. It never wants to deposit my checks. I have perfect picture, clear, all corners in it, and even hold another phone’s flashlight above for lighting, and it STILL rejects it. I probably just need a new bank period, issues like this all the time
Spend down
I dislike that it does not show beginning and end balance when viewing transactions as it used to. Please bring it back.
New app!
Being old school it’s hard for this old dog to learn new tricks! If I didn’t have granddaughter to program the tv remote I’m not sure how I cold make it. So the old app took me forever to learn how to use it. I was just getting it down when I find out there’s an upgrade coming. Oh boy I wasn’t happy at all. But guess what? There are plenty of great things and new things, and punchy things, and buttons... transfers and cool stuff so much that really like it. My granddaughter is on speed dial and I called... just to tell her unfortunately I would not be needing her granddaughter services. LOL
