Was great until update
This app was flawless until about 3 weeks ago when an update was done. I have not been able to get this app to work since. Please get this fixed! It is so much more convenient to be able to pay bills through the app versus having to log on through the website which is the only way I can access any of the online services now. I can’t even see an updated balance of my accounts on the app anymore. I feel like they tried to fix something that wasn’t broken and in turn then did actually break it.

Useless when you need it
Pretty much have to use the website. It will log you out about every other time that you try to go on the app and you have to go online and re sign in or even call and have them unlock you. It’s pretty not user friendly
