App not working
My app was working just fine, then I updated it and now it won’t even let me open it. It closes out before it will load anything.

The only reason I got the app was to be able to remotely deposit checks, but the app reports an error every time I take the required pictures to upload. Horrible functionality and I would think they’d want to improve this capability especially during a time when we’re supposed to socially distance.
Doesn’t work half the time!
Needs an update, doesn’t work well.
Mobile App Issues
For those having app issues after they updated the mobile platform. You will need to delete the app from your phone and reinstall it. After doing this mine is now working with added features!

When logging out and using face recognition it is quick to log back in and an endless incurs. If logout then logout, a simple fix.
