Transfers don’t work
Both manual and automatic transfers randomly don’t go through correctly. My app shows successful transfer receipts in my transfer history that don’t show up in back statements or account history. It’s frustrating not to be able to trust automatic transfers but not being able to trust manual transfers that show as having been successful is unacceptable.

Check deposit
Never have been able to deposit a check with the picture app. I have tried several times.
Unstable and Slow
The app takes quite a bit of time to load. Sometimes my Unser ID is missing and I have to re-enter. On the bill pay feature the payment date and send on dates are backwards and indicate that the payment will be made before it is sent. Obviously a programing issue.
Customer Service
This is the most unfriendly system I have ever worked in. User instructions are very hard to follow
