So inconvenient
This app is a joke. With the old app it was always crashing or not working for some reason. Now we have the new app which doesn’t seem to be any better. I had one failed attempt of entering my security code and now I’m locked out of my account. Bank tellers are no help during the week because they never answer the phone and whenever I drive to the bank it’s almost always empty (Greensboro). After hours and on weekends there’s no customer service number to help resolve the issues with being locked out of your account. What is the point of the app? What is the point of the bank tellers? This bank does nothing to make things convenient for its members.
