I’ve been using this company for years, especially on ride from and to the airport. They always come on time. Cars are clean and drivers are courteous and professional.

Love this cab service. I have been using them for over 8 years and all my rides have been from my home to the airport (or back). Professional, and hardworking drivers who care for their customers. Highly recommend this cab company!
Off to Midway
The car was extremely clean. The driver was on time to pick me up. However, he did not speak English but got me to the airport in a very timely manner. He was helpful with my luggage. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
Broken
The ap will not let you reset your password. It does not accept any new password. It does not tell you password syntax requirements. Consequently, the ap becomes unusable. You have to call to arrange a pick up. I like American Taxi but their ap is obsolete.
Best Flat Rate ride to O’Hare hands down
Clean cars & SUVs, easy app, can schedule ahead or at airport, they know when you land and text you, easy pick up outside of baggage claim, pay during or after a ride, vetted drivers, help with luggage. Highly recommend.

But the company screwed up by drastically understanding waiting time. They should have known that it wasn't going to be 4-5 minutes. It ended up 35 minutes.
Least Reliable Company and App
I booked two rides, both several weeks in advance. The first ride, the company cancelled half an hour out but immediately called and fixed the issue. I was a little worried, but wrote it off. My second ride was coming from the airport at night. They assigned me two cabs. One they immediately canceled, and the other was after I called the company, seeing they rebooked the wrong til ups of car. The entire time (both times) the app was glitching, and now I am stuck at the airport at 11 at nights and still have not received a new taxi assignment. We are renting a car.

Can’t get it to work at all
After wasting almost an hour, I still can’t get this piece of junk to work
Please support multiple orders on the app/desktop!
We have a large family. When we need to travel to the airport, we require multiple cars. The phone app and desktop website does not allow you to book multiple orders and throws an error of “duplicate order” if placed on the same day. I’ve tried to “hack” it and use +/- 5 minutes of departure time to book a second vehicle, but it does not work.
Single car bookings work fine. The app needs a refresh and redesign generally, but it is no frills and works generally as intended.

Poor app
Way behind on functionality and design. The lack of tech is going to make me look for another cab company going forward.
They must have fixed it
I came to this app about 6 months ago and it has been flawless, no fooling. Love it.
rating drivers is broken
Much improved app. Wanted to give my driver a 5 star rating but keep getting error message 1 star is required.
Non functional
I always start by using it, and end up JUST calling dispatch. Nice taxis, drivers for the most part. APP is AWFUL

Hard to use. Nothing is ever saved. So annoying
Spotty app service
Yesterday on my return trip, I wasn’t able to pay on the app which I was able to do when I left for my trip. Today I’m trying to schedule a return trip and it won’t accept my United flight number says it’s invalid when it’s not. I’ve never had these problems before on the app, but I’m getting really frustrated.

New Version of this App is horrible.
What used to be a nice simple app that just worked has become a complicated mess that won’t keep me logged in and requires waaaay more steps to order a taxi. Not intuitive at all.
A Taxi User
This AP is one of the worst. Cannot add Face ID easily. Cannot get my correct address saved so my credit card won’t work by phone. Driver has to swipe in reader and that sometimes is an adventure. Called a few times, nothing changes.
Need a new AP service, this one is awful.
