Would love to support taxi drivers and unions, too bad this app makes it needlessly difficult!!
Spent over 10 minutes just trying to reserve a ride — which I couldn’t even see a price for because it says “call for quote” (call who?!?!! Can I get a phone number or something?!). Okay?? Buttons don’t work. Bugs out the wazoo. It’s 2025 we shouldn’t still be making apps this bad.
Doesn’t work in Chicago
I made a reservation using this app to O’Hare Airport. Showed that it was a future trip but did not get a confirmation. Called support and it does not work in all areas including Chicago.
