App is worthless
Please fix your app!! It does nothing when I open it. Your app is complete garbage!! If this wasn’t my work 401k I would not even care, but I want to see my accounts. Fix o your app!!!!
Struggles always
I thought it was only me, but the app in general will not open or may take a few minutes to open. This is unacceptable and disappointing for a financial platform, and especially as an employer to have such a poor performing app for my employees. The other reviews tell the story. Do better, please!
Doesn’t Load
App doesn’t load consistently. I was going to time how long it took to open for this review. But after 10 minutes, I gave up.
