Pretty bad
I really hate how we can’t just make one app, and then keep it in commission for future use. I personally attended the show for one sole purpose. To get all my CEUS for my license renewal. After the show which was super electronic, scanning a QR code badge from your phone/app, to “sign in” to each class, imagine my surprise when I was emailed with my CEU certificates and I received 1 of 9. ONE!! Out of NINE!!! When I emailed the show about it I ended up only receiving 5 total. They “have no record” of my having signing in to any of the other remaining classes. But guess what. I can’t go into the app to see the list of classes that I had on my itinerary to give them the names of the rest of the classes I need or be able to talk directly to the brands I took classes from bc the app is decommissioned now!!! Just make an app and change it as needed for each show!!! It was also hard to navigate and didn’t have a lot of info for the show before or during attendance. Lots of things could be improved on. I hope it is better this next show in 2026.
