What’s Up?!!!
The app shows Point of Sale Withdrawal for $6.48 on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 but today is Monday, February 16th, so what in the world is up with that (a prophecy)?!!! If that’s a bug in your database, that needs to be corrected a.s.a.p.!!!
Also, it seems to me that sometimes I get updated checking acct balances delayed, which would have one think there’s additional money in the acct (this can trigger overspending and overdraft balances). Is that a way to collect $$ if the unpaid balance goes into overdraft? And then if you do have a balance in overdraft, you can’t even transfer it (you have to call Customer Service to make the transfer). The app should be designed to automatically pay off any accumulated interest.
