Terrible Customer Service All Around!
Absolutely terrible customer service and here I am just trying to PAY MY BILL! So I thought I’d go on the app and it would work and I could actually pay things online. But no. I’m told that since it doesn’t work, I need to take time from my busy day and go into a physical brick and mortar Americhoice to fix whatever problem my account must have on it! It’s pathetic!

Updated App.... not good!
I have tried logging in several times, only got it to open 1 time. Reinstalled the app.... no difference.

App has never been updated, no longer able to make mobile deposits, old outdated interface. Let’s move forward AmeriChoice. The fact that I now have to travel to the branch to make deposits is a huge inconvenience. Any timeframe for an new app?

Cannot Perform Mobile Deposit since new iOS update.

I never had any issues with this app, but now I can’t use the mobile deposit function because it says my camera doesn’t have access due to privacy settings. The settings app doesn’t allow me to give this app access. I would encourage an update, especially with so many new phones being developed. I enjoy banking with AmeriChoice, but I am disappointed that the mobile checking is not working properly.

Needs updated
This app works fine but it has not been updated in 3 years, AmeriChoice is not keeping up with new technology. It would be really nice to have the screen format update for the iPhone X displays, a more modern interface with facial recognition instead of entering password every time and Americhoice really needs to offer Apple Pay as well as other services. I am seeing many other credit unions with modern apps and Apple Pay and as a 25 year member I am very tempted to take my business elsewhere.

Mobile Deposit Doesn’t Work Anymore
This app worked great for years. Now it can’t access the camera for mobile deposit. Three years since last update? Time for an update!
App used to work well....
I have been using the app for well over 2 years and it worked great..... but recently the mobile deposit has stopped working. I tried 2 different iPhones and even an Android phone to try and accomplish my goal of cashing this check to my account. iPhones say a privacy error with the camera but no privacy setting will fix this issue. The android says an restriction but doesn’t go into any details. Please fix the App!

Decent
App is helpful overall for banking on the go. One issue is that deposits timeout which is annoying. This is a key feature I need and I repeat and repeat same process and get 'request timeout'.

Great app for the iPhone. It's nice having account information at your fingertips. Now all Americhoice needs to do is to allow the downloading of transactions to iBank for Mac users.
