Joint account
My wife and I have a joint checking and savings accounts and only one of us can see the information on the app and the other can only see the names of the accounts. Kind of annoying that this problem isn’t fixed yet. We don’t have this problem at our other credit union.
Stop with the review requests

Faulty app misapplies funds for mortgage
App repeatedly misapplied funds for mortgage payments resulting in multiple payments being sent instead of a single payment applied to the principle.
To make this damn pop up go away

App used to be great
The app no longer shows your changes in real time. They don’t show your pending transactions yet they deduct the amount from your balance. Even transfers, they deduct the amount from the balance but do not show the transaction. It is ridiculous that they do “upgrades” that are nothing but downgrades and this is coming from someone who has been with them for YEARS and loves them.. but their app, stinks!!

Easy to use
I like the recent updates which allow you to add accounts and bill pay accounts. It makes it incredibly easier as I rarely work from my computer and mostly from the mobile app. Allowin easy bank card control to freeze or cancel a card is great and the fact that it can be printed at my bank same day is gold!

No physical branch near me and no way to communicate with live bank employees, or to deposit cash into my account.
Much better than the older app
User friendly, easy to navigate. Makes contacting the call center a breeze.
App changes
The app changes are confusing. The old system was much more simple and easier to follow and navigate. Perhaps a YouTube video explaining the features would benefit.
Great APP, but…
I have been unable to get my attached outside bank account linked properly for some time now. I would like to increase the amount of automatic deposits into that savings account, but with no luck after several attempts. I wish that function was more user friendly. Otherwise, I don’t know how I could manage my banking any other way!

Update broke everything
They did a huge update and broke everything especially the credit card. They sent a letter and lied about a late payment to the credit card they lost in the update and said the letter was sent by mistake. We can’t see transactions on the credit card before July. We have had AmeriCU for a long time 30+ years and they just keep getting worse. Updates should not break everything, they don’t know what they are doing. Completely avoid this credit union.

RIDICULOUS OVERDRAFT FEE
The overdraft fees are RIDICULOUS, why am I getting charged money for the bank moving my money to my other account, I’m not asking for the money to get moved I can do it myself
Missing pending charges
My account no longer is showing pending charges on the app. It shows a difference in the balance but doesn’t show pending charges.
