Unreliable Times
App and Official cyride pamphlets are not accurate. The app will estimate a time when it believes a bus is in route, but the buses will pause at their initial route point and the app will not adjust its times accordingly. Specifically the 12 Lilac Route, has given arrival times for buses, but there either will not be a bus at that time, or it will remove the “arriving” bus from the map and move the time to another time slot for assumed arrival

App Stop working
The app stop showing stops a couple days ago now it doesn’t even show routes I know it’s not just my phone because it doesn’t work on my boyfriends either

They forgot to add the Black 69 South East 420 bus!
User-Friendly Interface
I used to live in West Ames and relied heavily on the MyState App to get to campus! I would have loved a bus-specific app! Great concept and execution!
Simply perfect
This is better than any other bus time app I have used in London, San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Copenhagen, Paris, Stockholm or really ever.
It is simple, and ACCURATE.
An improvement would be a way to see the seasonal schedule of each line/stop like they are listed on the CyRide website; this makes planning a return journey easier. Otherwise thank you for bringing this technology to our otherwise great bus system in little ol’ Ames Iowa.

Perfect Transit App
This app looks beautiful and is very intuitive. The stops, times, and routes are accurate. I switched from MyState to this app and have not looked back since. Wonderful work!
