Limited Functionality and App is poorly setup

Times are also sometimes in 12 and sometimes in 24hr clocks which causes confusion.
Calendars do not update after amendments (you have to click the event to see the changes)
“Changeover Days” you can’t put a time in, just the day of changeover, which I would expect to be a priority for the purpose of handing children over
App is constantly losing connection and drops any scheduling work you’ve been working on, so you have to recreate it all - sometime an hours worth - very frustrating.
Many features that a simple calendar in google provides, just not available. (Travel Times to destinations, UK businesses in map (really likes French map locations for some reason), in calendars only single day at a time can be viewed.
Calendars do not update if changed from all day event to specific times.
In my opinion, it’s just glitchy, not at all user friendly, and considering it should be a quick and easy thing to use as we all have children to look after, it’s very time consuming, by way of it’s layouts and creation. SORRY.

It also feels like the app is designed more around couples who are separating or going through divorce, rather than supporting the day-to-day realities of long-term co-parenting. I was looking for something that would genuinely help with ongoing communication and organisation, but I don’t feel this app quite delivers that.

Far too buggy for the price
But unfortunately it’s just too buggy to justify a paid subscription, let alone £100.
Especially when backed by a wealthy firm like octopus.
The instructions don’t even match up with the app interface - I can’t delete or edit a schedule, only archive. Even though the instructions said there should be a bin icon. There wasn’t. When you press archive, it takes ages for the app to actually archive - it’s really slow.
My ex and I alternate weekends and then on the weekend he doesn’t have our child, he has her on a Monday. I couldn’t find any way to set this schedule up in the app.
There were also glitches with the schedule I did set up. For example, I put in our daughters nursery schedule and on the last week of the month it randomly changed her Friday at nursery to a Thursday.
Sometimes there were duplicate items on one day e.g it would show both me and my coparent as having the child on the same day, or it would be my day and it would say that he had to take her to nursery.
The profile photos are super blurry.
You should also be able to change the icons for the chat.
Also I guess the difference between “travel” and “holidays” is family holidays and school holidays respectively, but as my child is in nursery, there are any school holidays so I would want to delete that.

Very user friendly interface and once the calendar is more flexible, it will be a 5 star app.
