AmicusPlus

Amicus Plus is the official mobile companion to your organization's amicusplus.app workspace. It is a private, employer-provisioned app: accounts are created by your company's administrator, and there is no public sign-up. If your organization uses Amicus Plus, sign in with the credentials your admin has issued you. This release is a complete, ground-up rebuild of the app, expanding it from a single lead-capture tool into a full companion for your daily work: ATTENDANCE Punch in and out with location confirmation, view your clock-in history and calendar, and see leave, half-day, and attendance exceptions clearly explained. CRM & LEADS Capture customer inquiries and leads directly into your company's Amicus Plus CRM, with photo attachments. Entries made without a connection are saved on your device and sync automatically once you're back online. SUPPORT TICKETS Raise, search, and track support tickets without leaving the app. HR & APPLICATIONS Submit leave and other applications and follow their approval status in real time. DIRECTORY & DIGITAL BUSINESS CARD Look up colleagues and company details and share your own digital business card (E-Card). TEAM MAP See your own location and, only when you choose to load them, approximate area markers for teammates — never an exact position, and only for roles your company has authorized to view it. JOB OPENINGS Browse current internal openings shared by your organization. REPORTS & INSIGHTS Review attendance, sales, and support insights relevant to your role. AMICUS AI Ask questions about your own attendance, tickets, and CRM data and get direct answers, scoped to what your role is permitted to see. Amicus Plus does not collect payment in the app and carries no advertising. All data shown belongs to your employer's Amicus Plus subscription; access and permissions are controlled entirely by your company administrator.
