i ordered over a month ago and now they have completely vanished off of tiktok and tiktok shop. they refuse to answer costumers concerns questions and just dont care about their costumers. they say its because its “because they went viral” but that excuse made sense for like 2 weeks but know they have just taken our money and refuse to tell us the consumer what is going on. they also refuse / regect refunds so the only thing i see i can do now is see what i can do legally.

Constantly Crashes and other issues

Not only does the app constantly crash unlike any of my other apps, but they have not uploaded all of the products that are available on the website. Limited inventory and a buggy app is a no for me.
