False advertising not free

Ads and listing says you can use it free. They don’t say that you can only enter 3 items per day on the free plan. Stop pretending that products can be used for free when
They are severely limited and basically unusable for their purpose without paying.

Weekly caloric tracker

I have used this app over a couple of months and I am very fond of the features it has. However, the recent update added a paywall onto some of the basic features an app should have like telling your average intake over a week. I am unable to view that info, so I have switched to a different app simultaneously to track that. It is very upsetting to see everything good about the app behind a paywall. Please bring back some of the features.
My updated response: there still is not a weekly overview of the calorie intake because it is under the paid version of the app please provide insight on where to look if there is a free weekly intake tracker.

No longer fully free

One of the things that made me try this app earlier this year was that I could use the app for free by earning points. Before, you could take as many pictures of food as you wanted and get free AI analysis. In their bio they literally stated that they were proud that the app was free with no behind the scenes charges. Now you only get 5 free pics per day and the AI is slow and often times inaccurate. No longer like this app. And I no longer recommend it.

Good app but always trying to get you to join and pay a fee

Keeps kicking me

Overall I love it. I’ve been searching for a while for a good AI calorie tracking app, and was very happy with this one. The only issue is that it keeps kicking me out of the logging process, even when I say something completely normal like “add salt” or “add a peanut butter and apple jelly sandwich” it will go “Error: user said “completely normal thing” which violates literally nothing rational.” Love everything else about it, but please fix this so it stops wasting my free logs for no reason.

Not free

Look elsewhere not free after a couple days

Won’t let me log my meal

When I’m trying to log my meal it’s telling me to upgrade? I have at least 989 available calories to log

I love this app and am losing weight

I have lost 15 pounds since July 6 2026, I wont mind paying starting next month but it says on google that this app was taken off in 2025,Im scared of putting my credit on here.On the annual they keep changing the price which was the one i was going to get,a whole lot cheaper than other.. Im on a limited income,so can afford the $30 a year, just wish i could of got my first time when downloaded as i signed up 4 people, but when google said it was no longer up..i removed app, just to come back as its the best for me and so there fore been reading all about it and yes snapping my 3,i guess when goes down to 2 i will go without breakfast.redo this app as its the best and let me tell you i have read a lot of Diet apps that lets u take pictures.

Says it’s free…

After setting up my account and logging my breakfast I can no longer snap a photo of lunch. It asks me to either continue with free plan or upgrade. If I hit continue with the free plan, it still doesn’t allow me to continue to snap a photo of my food and brings me back to the page to upgrade.

Highly inaccurate

Since it uses AI to scan your meals, it’s way off in most cases, grossly miscalculates portions and subsequently protein, calories, etc.

Apple Health

Does not sync with Apple Health. Love it, but that part lost me. Please add full Apple Health syncing.

Love it

I have been using it for about a month and a half and have lost 22lbs and it felt so easy with Amino highly recommend it

No longer good

Can’t get the app to work at all. It used to be free. Now I’m getting a paywall for everything. Looks like I’ll be deleting this app soon.

Can’t log without paying

All I want is an app where I can log calories without paying a monthly fee! Everything I checked before I downloaded this made it seem like this was actually free. BUT I can’t even log a full day without being asked to pay for pro. Ugh.

Great tracker

Just started using this tracker and it’s great. It does all the work for you in the AI feature tailors things specifically to you based what you’ve eaten. Gives you advice and help guide you through the day.

Hidden costs, not accurate statistics

Enjoyed this app to give a baseline for creating healthier eating habits. My partner also installed it…We both logged in the same meals on several occasions but they were inputted entirely differently by the app even with the same adjustments we got different calories (within 50-100 count differences). When I downloaded it there were no “in app purchases “ listed & app was being promoted as completely free! As soon as I hit the 30 day mark half the features suddenly went to a pro format and pricing plans showed up. Sneaky and not okay.

A great app to track your calories

Everything’s starting to have a paywall

This app used to be so good since it wasn’t like those other greedy calorie apps and everything was free but now it’s becoming greedier and greedier and everything’s starting to have a paywall so I’m very disappointed with what this apps become especially since it’s Ai powered

I love this app and am losing weight

My friend who forgot her password and so she unloaded this app and then reloaded it, now it’s saying she has to pay but on top of it, . thank you for helping my friend understand why keep saying that she has to pay. I did not know. We were only allowed to scan three times a day, which I will stop. At three, but I’m also getting that thing on the top saying to get a membership and I can’t afford it. I like losing a little at a time. Feels like I’m doing something. Thank you for taking care of my friend. She was getting very discouraged because of the pro coming up.
