I have never had an app that so many people have had as many memories as this one care so little about their users and the stability of the app, it's a disgrace to what it used to be and if the developers are still alive I hope they know that I will be writing a letter. May God have mercy on your soul.

Why even keep it anymore?
For those who don't know Media Labs was 1 sued over not paying full for amino and 2 has fired all of their employees to outsource. This has led to the app being really glitchy with no signs of hope.

Minors Don’t Use
All of the support work has now been outsourced and the trust and safety team has been axed completely. This means you can’t trust that dangerous content is being moderated properly anymore. The app breaks frequently, less effort goes into it by the year, it’s clear that MediaLabs was not willing to take care of the property they’ve acquired, nor have they cared that they’re driving this app into the dirt. It’s a shame, because Amino is very unique. I’ve always loved the way communities work and all the customization options… a real shame.

Update aren’t working
I love the app I do but now it’s not working. Last month or last week I don’t even know any more but moving forward I had updated the app the last time I used it and it told me to contact the contact them if the problem continues and I just updated the app now and it’s still not working and I miss being on there and having every time I try to comment, to like or send a message it doesn’t let me I get a notification saying “invalid request. Please update to the latest version. If the problem continues, please contact us” so I am coming on here and leaving this here and if anyone knows any way to contact them please let me know

I can’t update it
So I’ve been using Amino for the longest I can remember. It keeps telling me to update to the newer versions, and keeps giving me an “Invalid Request”. It keeps telling me to update to the newer version, but when I go to the App Store I can’t do jack. I love this app but still.

Strike
I love this app a lot, but these strikes are ridiculous. I feel like they should always have to explain why they put a strike on you. I still can’t text and it’s been a day now, I don’t understand why they put me in a strike and I don’t like that you can’t see how long the strike lasts. If I had a reason by the community leader it would be different but I had just joined the community and now I can’t text anymore in other communities as well. I just feel like they need to write a reason before striking someone and how long it is, it seems very unfair.

Ive been using this app for 8 years. But that was when the app was amazing. Its now a joke. Whoever it got sold off does not care about it, and seems to be doing everything to make it not work. I literally just cant do anything anymore. I can post, message, or anything without being told invalid request.
