Please fixed the grayed out back button

After updating the app, the back arrow button is grayed out and very annoying to have to restart just to start at the beginning every time.

Notification options keep resetting

Every time this app updates, notification settings get reset. This is so dangerous because it makes me miss pages. I require the PRESTO alarm sound and 10 repeats to make sure I don’t miss night time pages, and it happens every time this app updates. It should keep the settings options persistent between updates. I hate this app. It sucks.

Calendar printing difficulties

No longer able to print entire monthly schedules in landscape orientation, which is currently printing in weekly sections, rather than the entire monthly calendar in the landscape orientation thereby resulting in wasted paper

Customer support

Great app and customer service. Sebastian DeLuca is excellent! He is super polite and prompt with responses to help address any issues with the Amion.

Horrible design

You cant view next yr or month schedule you have to open it from the browser

Widget fixed now

Thanks for listening to your consumers

Bad update

The widget for the monthly schedule was very useful but it’s been removed.

No widget

I used to be able to access a widget on my home page which showed a monthly layout of my schedule. I am no longer able to create any widgets for this app.

New Amion interface removes basic functionality, support non-existent

About a month ago, Amion began sending marketing emails teasing its new interface, which it claimed would be seamless and require no action from users. The new interface rolled out this past week and- though no mention had been made previously- they simultaneously fully disabled both the OnCall app and mobile editing. They also disabled shared admin accounts- again with no warning. My account was transitioned to the sole admin account and all other staff have been transitioned to view-only. They cannot initiate trades amongst themselves anymore, despite that option being verified as enabled in the admin settings.

At this point- in addition to my regular clinical/faculty/administrative duties- I must also collect and enter scheduling information for multiple areas that previously maintained their own schedules. I must personally make even the slightest changes to more than 40 people’s clinics schedules AND I must do so 24/7 with access to a PC as mobile editing is no longer enabled.

I have sent messages to their support team, which go unanswered. Their troubleshooting/FAQ section- if searched- gives info for the previous interface that is no longer relevant. The only apparent info regarding the new interface requires enrolling in a long series of video “lessons” which appear to be locked until you complete previous lessons. I am quite software savvy and rarely need troubleshooting support- even for a program as glitchy and problematic as Amion. I have neither the time nor the inclination to watch dozens of tutorials in hopes of eventually reaching one that MIGHT contain the information I need.

It’s extra frustrating to continue receiving chirpy marketing emails about how excited they are and how much they hope I’m enjoying the new version when they do not respond to support requests for a change that is creating significant unnecessary work for me personally, frustration for my entire staff, and potential delays/disruptions in patient care if schedules cannot be kept accurate due to the lack of basic functions.

Since they don’t respond on their official support channels, I doubt they’re checking feedback here, but if someone sees this- please address this immediately.

We will be looking for another option for our schedules STAT. Despite the fact we’ve already paid for this service for all of 2025, since they effectively disabled it not even 3 months in without warning.

Garbage. Updates make this app worse than before.

The recent update has broken the “who is on” schedule. It no longer remembers the department so it has to be selected every time I open the app. I can’t believe an app can be this bad in 2025. The classic web view is still better.

Solid app!

Amion has been the scheduling go-to for my several years of training. Amion has come a long way by transforming the desktop into a seamless app. Looking forward to further improvements at Amion!

Amion app

The app has made it very convenient for me to view my own schedule and reference my colleagues’ schedules. This has been extremely helpful during my training because my day to day schedule varies a lot.

Was good before Doximity bought it

Amion used to be great - you could logon with one word on any computer and any browser. Now you need to ‘create an account’ so Doximity can have and sell your information in order to use it.

Terrible design.

After last app update the default schedule does not stay on. It keeps changing to another hospital schedule view each and every time the app opened. Terribly inconvenient. They release the “update” and call it bug and fixes, however it now causing even more issues and unstable schedule view. Also you can’t use the old version of the app after they release the so called update. They force you to use the latest version of the app, which is worse the prior. If you don’t agree you loose all functionality of the app. Terrible. The app itself appears to be a link to website. If you don’t have internet the app would not work. Also you get frequent drug advertisements popping up when you try to open the app to see your work schedule. Pathetic. I have my schedule for 6 month ahead, but the app does not display many of shifts. You have to open classic view in order to view you your schedule. The app literally gets worse and worse after every update. Can’t wait to quit my job just so I won’t have to use this application ever again.

Response from developer

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. We'd like to help you solve this as swiftly as possible. Can you reach out to support@amion.com with screenshots of what you are describing so we can fix the possible issue for you?

Buggy Update

Used to be great, now barely usable. Get absolutely spammed by shift reminders (roughly 10-12 per shift, often coming in waves 10 minutes apart). Schedule search function often loads cardiology despite not being the one selected, and randomly returns to cardiology when scrolling.

Useless

Keeps getting worse with every update. What use is a schedule app if you can’t trust it to correctly show your call schedule!

Does not show whose on

Had no issues with Amion until recently when clicking “who’s on”, doesn’t show whose on and forces to click classic view default. App was up to date with the latest version but still having same problem

Not well

update… not working well…can’t see who’s on , my schedule..

The update is awful

Hi gang, I used to live by this app-the new changes make it unreadable
Please fix it!!

BEST physician call scheduler tool

Been using Amion for years and love how simple they’ve made the app to view schedules across my org. Great to have one place to view everything. I’ve emailed in ideas as both a chief scheduler and physician reader and their team is incredibly friendly/responsive
