Really needs to be adjusted
So the app in theory is great. You track your symptoms each day and one would think it would then compile the past 30 days to give your provider your menopause score. However, rather than make life easier for my foggy, exhausted brain, after 30ish days, the app asks me to rate my menopause score in all the areas covering the past 30ish days. Dude, how is this app helping women??? I can barely remember how I’m feeling each morning let alone the past 30 days. I’m so disgusted with the app I’m just going to do the same scale in a spreadsheet and have it give me the average from the last 30 days. The only thing this app does is 1. Gives me a monthly reminder of how poor my memory is working and 2. Collect my data to sell. Honestly just shameful.

Good Start
This app is great for women tracking symptoms and helpful that it can be linked to providers. While it has many of the symptoms women see in peri/meno it is lacking in the ability to input your own data or make comments regarding symptoms or situations you would like to note of importance. For example if I forget to wear my Apple Watch there is no option to enter workout manually or when I’m feeling bloated no option to tract, or I wanted to note the day I started testosterone therapy and would have appreciated a comment option to note that day. Like I said, great start but still has may gaps. I hope they will continue to improve this app. I got it because my provider is using it to track symptoms.
