No WiFi when everything in this house is running on WiFi
Followed the instructions precisely by the way when asking for the QR code try making sure that they are at least 2“ square…we understand that this is difficult for you guys but you see the rest of the world 7/16ths or 11 mm camera doesn’t recognize

Doesn’t live up to the hype. Manufacturer’s description claims this PoE can extend power out to the device over 100-feet. Couldn’t be further from the truth.

Awful, as if a moron wrote it
Awful app, do NOT buy their poe switches as you won’t be able to use management features. It refuses to log in or even reset a password with cryptic messages: “send after countdown is over” or something unintelligible like that

When you try to add a project, it fails saying everything isn’t filled out. Every box I can see is filled out. From images I could find, there should be a “remarks” box. It is not there. If I can’t get to it the app is worthless.
Doesn’t connect to the switch that came with it
When I try to control my Steamemo X002WH9B19 all I get is a screen that says that my unit doesn’t exist (GPS208S220900135).
