Вам нужно исправить мобильное приложение, оно очень неудобное!!! Возможно десктопное нормальное, но мобильное неудобно, пожалуйста относитесь внимательно к отзывам!

При нажатии на email в сделке письмо часто не открывается. Изредка открывается, но если попытаться открыть повторно - не открывается 100%. В web-версии такого нет.
