The merge broke the app
• I can’t login
• The app removed my favorites so my favorites list is blank and I didn’t remove or change anything on my account anytime around the merge so that’s on you not me
• The app won’t show me any of your products
• I never get points as a coffee member. Not even one point even though I’ve gotten maybe four or more bags of coffee.

Almost impossible to cancel
I’m not a happy customer at all
Took 28 days to finally be able to unsubscribe and cancel and now they are still emailing me!! Ugh!! How frustrating to have your bank account charged 70$ and 80$ twice since my 1$ subscription was apparently not so easy to cancel any time!!
I will not be returning to buy from this company ever again!! And the charges kept coming even after I emailed them .

Great coffee, buggy app
I love the coffee and have been subscribed for years. The app has several bugs to work out at the moment. I’m hoping they will soon have an app at least half as good as their coffee.
