How do I find a roadside service provider with AMP BAC?
AMP BAC uses GPS location services to help you find the service provider nearest to your disablement location. You can then call your chosen provider directly.
Can I use any service provider with AMP BAC?
Yes, members are free to use the service provider of their choice for assistance. You can then submit the paid receipt through the app for reimbursement.
How do I submit a reimbursement request with AMP BAC?
You can make requests for reimbursement 24/7 directly through the BAC app. Simply upload photocopies of your supporting documentation using your device's camera.
How can I check the status of my reimbursement request?
AMP BAC allows you to check the status of your reimbursement processing and pending payments. You will also receive notifications regarding your claim.
Is AMP BAC free to use?
Yes, the app is free to use for members with an Association membership. Benefits and services are provided by Safe Driver Motor Club.
