The app is good, has all the basics. Has never gone down or left me stranded like Up and Commbank did. However if they really want to take market share from the big 4 they really need to accelerate the pace of development. Nothing of real significance to the customer has been implemented recently and stuff like scheduled payments dont update the remaining counts etc

New Customer
Having trouble moving around App finding subjects I’m looking for. Obviously a growing pain.
Idea
AMP is a nice and simple way to bank, but there are somethings I wish it would have. Including a option to lock savings account for 3hrs like UpBank does, as well hide my savings account completely
Good but Incomplete
Spaces are a great idea, and necessary because you can’t have more than one account to seperate out things like bills, direct debits etc. The problem is Spaces requires manual intervention. Just say I want a ‘Rent or Mortage’ Space. I have to move money back out of them to use the funds. This is tediously manual, risks me forgetting before a due date and goes against your stated goal of convenience. You should be able to direct debit from specific spaces with virtual card numbers or account numbers for the space. Your underlying platform can do this, so you should enable that if you want this to be really excellent vs just ok. Nice UI though. Keep going.

Need new phone to use
I like the app and the great interest rate in savings once I figured out how that works. Convinced my wife to also use AMP go but can’t download the app to her iPhone 7 as it requires iOS 16. Is there a fix that doesn’t require buying a new phone?
