Been really helpful in my recovery

Simple, helpful, convenient

My practice was on paper in terms of my recovery but brought AMP to my attention. Wow. All my work-communication-and needs centralized on my phone. A better experience in general.

Great rehab app

Easy to use. Great exercise videos to understand how to do the movements correctly. Nice to be able to do my rehab at home.

Inconsistent App

Will load exercises on occasion but then they disappear.
If you go to their website apprecover.com you can sign on with good results.
Certainly do not recommend the app tho
