This app sucks

They need to fire engines for built this app

App does not work

Suddenly the app is telling that’s it’s not connected, so nothing works, from login to anything inside the app

Can’t login back

Every time I try to log in I receive the same error: The SMS sending is abnormal, please try again

Power station works (so far) App hasn’t been updated in 5 mos!

One would expect that a reputable company would provide monthly updates for their application to address any issues. When attempting to use the app, I receive the following error message: "Connection failed, please check the network status of your phone!" I have powered the phone off and then back on, but to no avail. Consequently, I have decided to remain loyal to well-known companies such as EcoFlow, Jackery, and Bluetti. I utilize the power station in a remote area to operate my router and modem, and it is crucial for me to monitor (through the app) the status of the power station.

App not working at all

I logged in one time when I initially downloaded the app. I messed with the features a bit and stopped. I tried to get in the app the same day a few hours later and it couldn't finds my AMPACE ANDES 1500. I tried deleting it and logging back in. But now it won't send me the verification code by text or email to log back in. Kind of frustrating considering the price I just payed.

Turns off Outlets

I really like this unit and the app is ok to use the basic functions. But I’m not sure why but every 2-3 weeks, the unit resets and turns off my outlets which runs my WiFi. I’m not sure of the cause but it seems like it happens when we are away. Then I have no visibility of my house cameras, etc which really bums me out. Can this be fixed in the app or a firmware update?

Doesn’t actually work(it seems they fixed it)

Update: I was finally able to connect my device to the app. The app is fairly barebones but it is finally functional and gives you the ability to see the status remotely. I have not connected it to WiFi as I don’t think that’s necessary for a small unit of this size but the Bluetooth works well.

I have a new Ampace Andes 300 and it tells me the device does not exist after typing in the Bluetooth code during the setup process so it won’t actually connect and I cannot access any of the Bluetooth only settings that the device is supposed to have.
