App not opening
I’ve been struggling for weeks to open the app, but it’s struggling to load and not opening.

Please help! I cannot even open the app to see my results! It just keeps on loading and loading.
Can’t see results
I used to be able to see my blood results the next day, but now it only gets updated weeks after. Unacceptable
Results take almost a week to show via the app
My blood test reports are normally completed a latest a day after my blood is drawn for the test. My Dr normally calls me the next day to confirm the results. I however am only able to see the results via the app many days later. Highly unacceptable given the importance of being able to access the results as soon as possible.

Have tried to access the app for weeks now. App opens but goes no further than the splash screen. I have deleted and downloaded a few times and still does not help. No way to access my results other than this and I love overseas so phoning a call centre in South Africa where I will sit on hold for ages is not an option. Please push an update through they will fix this.

Terribly slow on updates
The app does not slow the results until over a week after they are taken from the patient. The app does not even show that the bloods have been taken and are pending. No updates. The lancet app atleast keeps updating. Not a great system.
Pointless App
The App showed I had a blood test done but I can’t see the results even though it’s my blood work and it just says contact your doctor. Yes my doctor contacted me but I would see like to see the results. Really pointless if you ask me. Now I have to ask my doctor to email me the results.

Old app used to work great but since the latest update it is dead.

After changing my cellphone number it has become impossible to access my results. I wish there was an option to update details so that I can access my results.
Frustrating
This app worked well until they upgraded it. My dependants are missing and when I try to register them the OTP function doesn't work. I had to upgrade my password but again the OTP function doesn't work.
I spent an hour on the phone explaining the situation to Ampath and they said the technical team will sort it out - guess what - I can still not see my children's results.
Waste of time.

Edit details
I changed cell phone number and cannot edit any details in the app. I have deregistered , deleted the app, downloaded app again and reregistered and still cannot change my details. What makes it worse is that nowhere on the app and site is there an option.
