For anyone looking.. the product does work.. but it is currently a pain.. lol
You need auto connect to the battery. You cannot click the battery you want, the app will crash 100% of the time, if you have multiple batteries go to the “back to list screen”. Uncheck the auto connect to the current battery and choose the other battery and then close the app and open it again.. it will open the other one

Crashes!
Connects to monitor, immediately crashes. Cannot check battery level making my product unusable!
