Update needed
Please update the app. The list of cars isn’t up to date. I had to choose the Chevy Blazer since that is basically the same as a Honda Prologue. I don’t know if this is how the time to completion is calculated but my charge time estimate is never correct. Also the app seems clunky and dated. It could definitely use a new coat of paint

Terrible service
They overcharged me for a 3 dollar charge, they ended up taking 27 dollars out of my account, put 15 dollars in my account and someone the rest of the money is just nowhere. Terrible experience
Awful User Experience
Avoid using at all costs. Awful experience setting up as new user. Too long, too many verification steps. Needs to have one step use.
