Love them, I love that I can hear my phone calls through the ear piece and don’t have to put my mobile phone to my ear, I play music through my hearing aid when I’m out myself.

Excellent availability and service

For the past two years I’ve been with Amplifon, I have enjoyed excellent service. The local office in Northampton has generally been available to answer questions and help with practical issues. The office staff are always helpful and courteous, and the audiologists knowledge and patient. The post-purchase help is practical and appreciated, with reminders given as to when follow ups are required. Though the initial cost of the hearing aids is not cheap, the advantages of having state of the art hearing aids is worth the cost and leaves this person a satisfied customer.
