Update: app is good for viewing charges in real time
I now realize that this app will tell me when a charge is being made in real time, which is very useful.
Poor user communication and UI
How about putting that information in the freaking app in the first place?
Instead of making me type in a long credit card number which can introduce transcription errors, how about using the camera to automatically scan the card number? Or how about grabbing that information from Apple wallet since the cards are in there already?
To be honest, I don't see what this app gets me over using the Apple wallet that has worked so well for me

Hi there! We’re sorry you’re having some trouble accessing the Amplify Mobile Card Control app – we know it can be a little tricky logging in for the first time, which is why we created a step-by-step walkthrough in our Help Center (help.goamplify.com). The short version in, the Amplify Mobile Card Control app uses online banking to authenticate your Amplify credentials, so you have to log in from inside online banking to push those credentials through. The two steps are: A) log into the online banking app, and B), click the ‘Card Control’ menu item in online banking. This will open up the Amplify Mobile Card Control app and begin the authentication process. Follow the process as outlined and you should be good to go! Right now, these are two separate systems, but we do hope we’ll be able to consolidate those down at some point in the future.
