Dispensary great…App not so much
The people there are phenomenal! But this app is an issue. It went from constantly being stuck on a losing page, to crashing once it’s opened. Although the logo is attractive I don’t want to sit in a screen for 20 minutes while it “loads”. Please fix the app!
Love the store, hate the app
The app is completely nonfunctional. The employees even tell me to use the website instead of the app. I would much prefer to use an app than the website, so I hope you guys are working on an update that will fix all the bugs. It doesn’t appear that the update from 5 months ago did anything.

Some days the app works really well and is super convenient, but, unfortunately, more often than not there is some page that just will not load. Recently, the last 2-3 days,I haven’t even been able to get into the app to browse; it just remains on the initial page with the company name displayed and buffering, but never loading. Before that started happening the only way I could access my cart with out it buffering without loading was to go to the home page.

NEEDS UPDATED BAD
Multiple times my app gets stuck on the loading screen and I cant get into the app. Also when placing a order every time after i submit order the app crashes and doesn't tell the the total amount or the other info. I then have to check my email after to see if the order actually went thru or not.
App needs serious work
The dispensary itself is absolutely amazing staff and selection are consistently top of the line regardless of location! However the app and website are so frustrating you’d probably give up trying to order before even getting started. The app rarely loads and if you’re lucky enough to see the homepage any selection you make will leave you staring at a blank page, the never ending spinning wheel of death, or product names without pictures/description. On the rare occasion I can actually add items and view my shopping cart the app crashes as soon as you submit the order and you have to start over. Seems like all the new updates have added bugs and glitches instead of fixing them as the app literally doesn’t work now when before it was slow and buggy but functional.

Needs to be fixed
The only thing worse than this app is amplify’s website, which worked fine up until a couple weeks ago. I wanted to take advantage of a sale today but it took me so long to find the products I wanted because the filters are useless and then when it was time to check out I had to submit my order about 5 times because it just kept giving me an error. The actual store and staff are great but whoever takes care of this app needs to be fired.

Check out basket
Currently, I’m unable to view my checkout basket. The system keeps timing out. I get nothing but a gray color blank screen
Not working properly
The app will not allow me to check out, I click on the cart and it never opens it just spins. I’ve never placed a successful order on this app. Please put out an update, as it stands I cannot even use it for its intended purpose.
Links don’t work
Usually the app is great but whatever they updated destroyed that. The “report bug” and “send feedback” options immediately take you to delete your account. My subscription to the calendar has disappeared and it cannot be found.

Amplify Coventry
The team that is amplify conventry may be the greatest team ever. They always know what I should take and why and they will spend hours with you explaining every single time. They don't push you to buy products instead they are extremely opposite. I will only go to Amplify's from now on and no where else

Otherwise great app, but I can’t seem to search on this app version. Hope it’s fixed soon

This is the best and only store I trust to get my prescription from they treat me like a VIP every single time I come to visit great staff Daryl is my absolute favorite he always gives the best suggestions on different items

Awesome place
As someone who already works in the cannabis industry for another store I have to admit I was skeptical about going outside my home store but I have to say I’m so glad I did. Everyone at amplify In Columbus was super friendly and professional. They have great deals and prices too cheaper than my store and will actually stack an industry discount which is something my store won’t.The way their store is set up is awesome as well. I will definitely be going back!

By far, the easiest to use on-line dispensary. Great staff, too. In and out in just a few minutes.
