Crash

Always crash on november rain preset please fix it

Good, but crashing

App seems fairly stable but occasionally slow to respond. The November Rain preset crashes every time- please sort.

Bad update

A lot of the really good presets got removed such as the welcome to the jungle preset

Not iOS 8 compatible, bundle and separate apps makes no sense

I wish I paid closer attention to the last version update date when I purchased this with the full Amplitube bundle. Although the main/original Amplitube app was updated in Oct 2014, the Fender, Slash, Jimi Hendrix, and Orange versions have not been updated and are not iOS 8 compatible.

Also, this bundle of separate apps makes no sense. Yes, the Fender, Slash, Jimi Hendrix, and Orange versions are separate stand-alone apps, instead of being in-app purchases within the main Amplitube app, which would make much more sense and be more useable. They've made it impossible to mix and match the amps, cabs, and effects between them.

It's also a bit of a ripoff that the bundle does not include the multitrack recorder, and if you want it, you have to purchase it separately for each of the Amplitube apps.

Given how happy I've been with other IK MultiMedia products, like the iRigs, of which I own 3, the Amplitube family has been a bit of a disappointment.

Great tone and faithful to Slash's sound

Would be more stars with reverb, but sounds good nonetheless.... Needs to be updated so you can restore purchases into amplitube!!!

Sounds TERRIBLE!

Now i hate to be the one even writing this review, being a huge slash fan but wow... This app simply sounds terrible. Always gives me a hissing sound and a lot of feedback! Its unusable. After fiddling around with it for 3 hours ive decided to give up. A refund wound be great

Slash Amplitube

J'adore!!! Encore en exploration je vous le recommande!

Doesn't work anymore

Great ... until the volume gave up. So, I reloaded the app and it still won't work. Very disappointed. HELP !

Sound.....

Why am I not getting any sound thru my ipad using slash amplitube?

Exceptional App!!! Must buy!!!

I have always been in awe of Slash's guitar playing! The greatest rock guitarist of my generation. His playing is versatile, heavy, hard, and tight. This app would be great for anyone who plays rock/medal/blues. Many different effects are available for a great assortment of sound. Great purchase and worth every cent!!!

Cool

I am amazed how good this app is, definitely worth the price

Where has the app gone?

Bought the full version of Amplitube then the Slash add on just over a year ago when it was half price, changed iPads a month ago and the full version is now gone and I need to buy it again?
Very strange app as some of the tools I remember from when it was previously installed seem to have gone also?
Very noisy and hissy generally and a bit disappointing

Pretty good

The amps sound great the presets are pretty good especially the paradise chorus tone. If the gain is too high you'll get a lot of feedback which is disappointing. Also for some reason I didn't get the wah stomp box with the app which is strange because most people would say the wah is slash's most used effect. The clean tones are very nice though good app to just jam along to songs with.

One GR8 APP 5 STAARS JUST AINT ENOUGH.

This app is as cool ice & the tricks you can play are as hot as an Indian curry or Mexican chilly.

It's a lie!

They tell you that comes with a wah distortion... I am still looking for it, because my packed just came with 5 stomp, not 6 as they say!

How can I do a complain about it?

Mr

No iOS 7 support. Won't work at all

Great but few bugs

Great app, but if volume is put high or gain in too high or the distortion is used on the wah pedal there is a lot of feedback that can't be stopped...

Fantastic tone/great app

I purchased this app as an alternative to using an amp in my apartment with very thin walls. I own the JCM Slash head and it just isn't feasible to use in a setting such as this. I have to say that I was skeptical at first, but after using it for a few days I am beyond impressed with the tones I am able to achieve. I am able to practice using my tone without having to use my amp. Really doesn't get any better. As for the previous review, I have not experienced any feedback while using the app on my iPad through headphones/stereo speakers. Absolutely love this app, can't say enough about it!

Utter waste of money!!

DO NOT BUY THIS APP!
This app suffers from terrible crosstalk, I contacted in multimedia about this and they said they were aware of it, but they found it to be acceptable during their testing, and to wait for the irig HD which would eliminate the problem, well during "my testing" as a consumer who has paid money for the app and the irig interface, I find it near unusable! The amp models feedback all the time, high gain settings hiss, and if you try and play along with the built in audio player then forget it! I would like my money back as I don't see why I need to pay a further £80 for the irig HD to correct the problems they were already aware of.
My setup is ipad/phone, irig, line 6 cables, Gibson les Paul

Excellent

Awesome value for money. I reckon this amp sim is as close to the AFD tone as you can get without actually using the real thing.

Make sure you don't use an iRig or any other interface that connects in from your apple device headphone socket as it sounds poor. To get the best out of this app you need an interface that inputs through the dock connector, such as the iRig HD or Apogee JAM.
