App design makes shopping very difficult and slow.
An example of complicated infrastructure: you can buy in the store with a meal card (like cibus), but if you order a cibus coupon through cibus, you can only use it online, not in the store. But in the store, the clerks say they do accept coupons from meal cards, just not coupons in that format…

אי אפשר לשלם באשראי דרך האפליקציה והכל מאוד פרימיטיבי. אם אתה רוצה תשלום באשראי הם כותבים שיצרו קשר וגם אז צריך להראות את האמצעי תשלום במעמד קבלת המשלוח.
