Bad organization
I arrived late because at the place to catch bus, my bad. Missed my excursion and was told l will be on the next day, l thought that was nice of them.
Next day l show up and a rude young man tells me l am not on list. He asks who l spoke to man or woman. I replied l don’t know it was a phone call. He replies man or woman. I said man and he replies no men work in office. Insinuating l was lying. Not only did l not go to excursion but l was insulted.
I choose this company because l had done this excursion with my late husband and it was amazing. I was going to do it with my sister in law. Unfortunately we were unable to do excursion and take a back home a horrible experience.

Contraté con Civitatis varios tours para Europa y Rusia y faltando 12 horas para cada uno me llegó un correo cancelado el tour por falta de gente. Eso me causó un daño inmenso en mi viaje. Jamás los volveré a contratar! No entiendo cómo tienen buen puntaje de aceptación. A mi me cancelaron 6 de los 10 tour que tenía con ellos.

Ana María, sentimos que varias de las actividades que contrataste se cancelaran. Sin embargo, en la descripción de cada una de las actividades se especificaba el número mínimo de participantes necesario para que se llevaran a cabo. Esta información estaba disponible en la web para que se conociera antes de reservar. Esperamos volver a contar contigo en el futuro.
