Mechanic

Two months prepping for my Powerplant written. Asked the assistant about turbine compressor types and it explained axial vs centrifugal with the FAA handbook reference attached. Practice questions adapt to what you miss, for me that was ignition systems and it drilled it until I got it. The certification tracker has a quirk where logging something under both Airframe and Powerplant counts it twice. I just keep a seperate spreadsheet for actual OJT hours and treat the tracker as a rough indicator
