This company isn’t even credited with the Better Business Bureau. Their website is horrible and the app doesn’t even work! I’m pretty sure this is a scam insurance company! Don’t waste your time downloading the app!

The app doesn’t even work. You enter a username and password and nothing happens. Ever. Should be 0 stars and removed from the App Store because it’s not a functioning app.

I should have listened to the other reviewers who said the app is useless and not to bother downloading it. I had high hopes since it’s been over a year for most reviews and thought AmTrust would have done an update to fix it - boy was I wrong. The first screen that comes up is for your login credentials, username and password, and that’s as far as I got. I even entered the incorrect login info to see if I got an error message or a “forgot password” link but even that didn’t happen.
It’s 2024 and AmTrust doesn’t have it together. They should be embarrassed. As a policyholder for years this is beyond disappointing. Get it together AmTrust. The one star is for me for taking the time to write this review. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

What is the point
What’s the point of making and promoting an app if you can’t even get past the login page. Something as simple as getting a COI is impossible with this company.

Unless! The word I use to describe the app. Completely useless. Doesn’t do anything! Even after you enter the login credentials it just does NOTHING! Absolute waste. Read the reviews. Don’t download. 1 start because no provision for 0 star.
Horrible-Needs NO STARS
The only reason this app got one star is because ZERO stars is not an option! Once downloaded-you enter user name and password (because there is no other OPTIONS) press Log In and you are waiting for the moon to rotate. Nothing happens. That’s as far as you get. No matter how many times you try. Just like their website, they need a new I. T. Peeps. Horrible. AmTrust needs help. PERIOD.
