App doesn’t even open
Installed for the first time , the app just shows the Amul logo and never goes beyond it. Tried to restart the app multiple times to no avail. Always stuck. Finally decided to uninstall the app.

Page is not at all moving to next page it has stuck on amul logo, tried reinstalling but no progress.

I’ve noticed this issue a few days ago. The app doesn’t open and stays on the Amul starting page logo. I’ve tried everything, including reinstalling it and toggling the internet on and off, but it still doesn’t work. Please review this bug.

After the recent update the app is not opening and it is stuck on the opening logo screen.
👎Amul does petty theft so don't order. There is no customer care support and their CEO doesn't care
Only 25 given out of 30 packs. Petty theft by amul just made me leave amul altogether and move to mother dairy.

Pathetic App-No cancel option
Don't be misled by the 4- and 5-star ratings. Products that are delivered within 10 minutes on other apps are delayed by over a week when ordered through the Amul app. There's no option of cash on delivery or to cancel the order, and customer support doesn’t respond to emails. It's far more convenient to buy these items from other platforms where delivery is faster and service is reliable."

You need to test your payments properly. CCAvenue is not working. And for Phonepe my money got deducted but the order was not placed.
