From a tenant perspective this is a great app, super user friendly, all your tenancy documents and repair requests in one place and even has a chat option so you can talk to your landlord in real time - really clever and neat app.

So simple
I was really happy when I started using this app as I used to use WhatsApp to communicate with my tenants but really did not like having my personal and work affairs in the same place. I know my tenants are equally as pleased.

Really helpful
A great app which has proved to be super useful for keeping track of my rentals. All my documents are now easy to find, I don’t need to use my personal WhatsApp for chatting with tenants and I have added 2 of my handymen to the app so repairs are much easier. Can’t really ask for more.
Works well
I have found this app to be really efficient for the properties I manage. The tenants seem to like it too. The customer service team were also really quick to help with any questions. I hear there are a few add on modules coming so that will complete the whole package for me.

If you have rental properties this app is a MUST HAVE. This app has EVERYTHING you need to be a Landlord. Mm You can save your rental agreements in this app instead of them being scattered in a file at the office or all over you computer, having to click on this and click on that. If you need to chat with your tenant, you can start a chat with them. If you need to submit a repair or maintenance report to your maintenance man. THIS APP makes it so much easier on you. If you have multiple properties, this app helps you maintain them all. You will love this app and you won’t regret downloading it. Customer support for this app is quick and amazing too.

Lots of great features across the whole app. I especially like the maintenance side of things and being able to add my own contractors.
Really Intuitive & Easy To Use
A great app which focuses on helping with maintenance, general admin and tenant communications. I really like the fact that it is quite intuitive in the way that it is set out. I have also had good feedback from my tenants when setting up new tenancies.
