Doesn’t work with the X

The app doesn’t work with the iPhone X - I contacted the developer who has tried to resolve but it still doesn’t work.

Had prob w/ iPad mini

Works well. Initially had trouble loading onto my iPad mini [1] - w/ iOS 7.0.3.

I rebooted my iPad, and tried again. Success!
