You pick up a bucket then get stuck. I don't see any way to progress. Only two things to interact with and she just rubs her hand over it or something.

It seems like a good game but I am struggling to even get past the first level as I can not jump onto the tree branch as I can’t jump high enough and it gets really annoying. Please fix this or tell me what I’m doing wrong it makes no sense that the character doesn’t jump high enough for it.

Glitches!!!
Horrible. Toooo many glitches with this game. The girl gets stuck/frozen in several areas throughout the game and There is no way to fix without closing the game. Which then leads to me having to do all the tedious steps again. Very annoying and I won’t continue playing. I wouldn’t have been able to figure out what to do either without watching someone play it on YouTube.

Terrible design.
I’ve enjoyed many puzzle games before and there are a lot of little parts to this I enjoyed, but this is probably one of the worst games I’ve ever played. I recommend you do not waste your time attempting this.
Most of the things you have to do in order to proceed lack any clues whatsoever and I don’t mean that they are hard either, simply you would never guess to do over half of what is required. You’d have to accidentally figure out most of it or look up how to do it. Worst of all you have to do some things perfectly in order or the game gets stuck and no matter what you do you cannot proceed and have to restart all of your progress to try to do it the “right way” it seems.
The controls are horrible, I found out after looking up the storyline that I had the correct idea of where to go and what to do, but because the controls are so hard to use I dismissed doing things because the controls wouldn’t allow me to succeed without doing things in an arbitrarily perfect way.
I also found out after looking it up that I didn’t get to see the cinematic beginning that was a key part of the games story line. It just didn’t play...

I gave it a one star cause I don’t know the rest of the map,I play on iPad and the first level is nice but I can’t get past it. I can get the bucket on the first level but I see a rope in the tree and it gives me an interaction hint so I press interaction but I don’t pick it up it’s two high I’ve tried loads of times but no luck I don’t know the rest of the map and I need help how do I get the rope out of the tree I tried jumping but no . The rope is a problem or is it the ipad . Please respond and help me then I give it a five again the rope I I gave it a one star is because I can’t get to the other level s and I know it’s meant to be that way but the rope in the tree so yeah but so far good game again please respond 😭👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😭😭

I am very sorry to say this but this game feels like an exam! It is awfully too difficult for me to solve. I have pressed the help button and yet that doesn't help me! (It's a help button meant to help you!) I have tried and tried and I am still on level one!

I liked it but....glitchy
I get to the part where you melt the ice and it won’t melt fully and the character drops down into the ice and gets stuck very frustrating game deleted
