Exceptional…
… too SAD, in a negative Sense!
I DO own 75% of James‘s (grrreat!) APPS, and scince i use‘m OFTEN, i gave this one a try.
BUT:
I‘m a classical educated Photographer (Darkroom, Nikon F, Plaubel) scince 50 Years, and in the „digital Chapter“ scince 2007/iOS 1.0.
Too sad TOO… that there is NO manual of ANY kind!
This App WILL do some great ideas, BUT; it‘s hard to guess, how s lot of Tools REALLY work!
Example MASK:
The PREVIEW when i draw a Mask isn‘t precise!
I you want to mask EYES, you wanna pinch IN… but that can hurt your mask!
It‘s too little Space in here, and my english isnt the best.
But… i PAID, cause i LOVE the other Apps and… TRUST James!
This one… is really „EXCEPTIONAL“.
For the (good!) IDEAS behind the App… it gets TWO instead one Star.

Good ideas, but…
Colossal image compression, for example from 30mp this app goes to 2,5mp. This is refund

Is there video editing?
App works perfectly fine. A few bugs but really good overall. But I’m curious to see if there’s a way to edit videos in this app as well. Would be greatly appreciated if so.

But now can’t open pic from library? Completely unusable. Have tried re-installing app too..
Love it
But it takes forever to save a processed photo on iOS14. I mean it’s been 5 minutes, the “saving” circle is still rotating but the photo has not been saved yet, and I assume it won’t. It must be a bug on iOS14. It worked like a charm on iOS13.
WAS a great App...
But since they updated it it endlessly Crashes when trying to Upload an Image to edit OR Whilst trying to Save an Edited image. Annoying.
So Bad!!
What a waste of $6.99. The bokehs look so cheezsy and unprofessional!! Save your money.

did this camera app suddenly become a photo app? used to be able to capture no? now all it does is process your photos

A MUST for photo editors
Huge improvement with the new update , the more subtle the effect , the smaller nuances , is when the image really becomes beautiful. Compression (mostly from the filters) is the only problem I’ve had that I would like to see improved . Great work !
Bring back previous style depth edit!
Current version of “Depth Editing” is the way too complicated. Bring back the previous style editing! The previous version is much better and much easier. The depth data also the way worse than original Portrait mode in iPhone (particularly edge blending) prefer the previous version.
What Happened??
Absolutely loved this App. Just opened it and there’s a complete restructure and it’s hideous. No where near the same level of intuitive-ness. And the picture that you’re editing is now half the size!!?? Detail is lost. Controls are clunky. I’m so disappointed.

Great App!
It is great for editing the depthmap far beyond iOS standar capabilities. Still room for improve, would be great to have different bokeh shapes and would be great to be able to export the depth map greyscale picture.
Pretty good
Not a bad app. But there is a little ghosting on parts of the image are refocused. A couple of things I’d like to see.
Feather depth to create a nice gradient to blur
Change softness of bokeh. I do find it a bit harsh for some shots and I’d like more control over what the bokeh actually looks like.

My most used app...period.
Good Effects, but App not Stable
The app provides a lot of capabilities to adjust the bokeh, contrast, etc. but it quits repeatedly. I get thru 2 photos before this happens. Developer responded suggesting reboot of phone (done) turn off iCloud library (tried). Still quits unexpectedly, repeatedly, no matter the settings. iPhone X iOS 12.4.1

No funciona en el iPhone 5
Se cierra nada más abrirla, si no, va fatal y al poco rato se bloquea. Podrían indicar que para el iPhone 5 no va. Solo dicen que para iOS debes tener al menos el 10 pero nada del mínimo de móvil... Dinero a la basura
