Most Disgusting App
I am honestly disturbed by the quality of this app. Coming from ABP Group, a name that has been synonymous with Bengali culture and intellectual richness for decades, I expected at least a basic standard of usability and dignity. Instead, what I found here is nothing short of embarrassing
The interface feels broken and outdated, like something from ten years ago.
This is not just disappointing, it’s insulting to Bengali readers who deserve much better. ABP is a cultural institution, but this app damages its own reputation. If this is the future of digital Bengali literature, it is a very sad one.

You can’t track order
Well there is a button in the order section where you are supposed to get the tracking updates upon clicking on it but sadly it doesn’t work.
Its been more than a week since I ordered some books yet I don’t know when they are going to reach me.

Needs a back button
Not a bad app. But it could do with some polish. The app needs a back button when browsing the detailed description of books. Otherwise, one needs to go back to the home page and repeat their search every time, which is rather aggravating. Another issue is the WhatsApp and Messenger icons which appear while reading a book is a terrible design. No serious reader likes those distractions while enjoying a book.

Ebook not readable
I have bought lot of ebooks from here. But it can’t be read from my 11” iPad. I don’t know what is the reason but for last 1 month or so ebook is loading and loading and loading. No response from support also. Worst app ever.

I am using this app on my ipad and iphone. I cannot download and open the books that I purchased. I totally wasted my money.

Got a old books
I have received a book which pages are yellowish , some books’ corner was damaged and I have mailed several times . I got no response regarding my damaged books . Not a good reputation. I Dnt buy any books from them in future.

I ordered some hardcover books, but neither any confirmation mail nor any sms!!! No way to check current status. What kind of online shopping app is this????? Pls improve
Text size is very small even for iPad
No zoom feature. Don’t buy any ebook. First try with a preview to check whether the text size is suitable for you or not.
Half done app
Most of the basic functions of an e-commerce app is missing. Shipping tracking button only available on website not on app! Are you guys insane?

I cannot login in the app, it says I am offline, tried for couple of days. Too bad I cannot even read my purchased books even, forget about browsing other books.
Extremely poor app experience
I have purchased good number of e-books & now can’t read them as it shows, I am logged in from 3 devices (I have deleted the app from those devices without logging out). Dropped emails to customer case but yet to get any response !! It’s more than 15 days now.
Very poor experience
Pages get skipped leading to a very very poor experience. Not going to buy anymore.Had high hopes given the brand name but absolutely horrible. Using the app on an iPad.
Third class app
Always says - sign out from one device to login. Already logged in from 3 devices. Never able to open the app. The app behaves exactly the way people in this publishers behave. Absolutely third class.
